Wallowa Lake Horse Camps offer a progression as children grow into youth!  Only 12 participants in each group make these camps super special!

All horse campers will sleep in cozy rustic rooms with heat, lights, padded bunk beds, & shower houses.  Mornings start with devotions, hot chocolate and a big hearty breakfast before making sack lunches and heading to the horse arena!

Along with horse riding and instruction, campers get to make new friends, experience Christian programming, crafts, games, rest, delicious meals, and finish the days with campfires, songs, skits, stories and more!

Campers will be transported daily to the beautiful Yost ranch in Lostine, Oregon, where they will spend each day with their assigned horse.

Learning to care for and manage a horse in a safe environment helps build self-esteem and confidence.  Positive group discussions, no electronics and outdoor worship all serve to develop deep spiritual and personal growth.

We know….we’ve been doing these camps for over 30 years!

After registration, campers will receive an email packet with required liability forms, directions to camp, a what to bring list, and camp policies.

Arrival and check-in at Wallowa Lake Camp will be 3pm–4pm on Sunday.  Be sure to bring all required, signed liability forms; campers cannot ride without a completed form on file.

Departure pick-up is 9:30am on Saturday, at camp.
